Just a quick note to include in our file, and perhaps to share with Mr. Barzotti and his employees.

First let me begin by stating the fact. There were 24 deficiencies with our new kitchen cabinets. That’s a lot by anyone’s calculation. Now let me state how we felt about that. The truth is, we weren’t that upset. Let me explain why. Vincent Barzotti will not have an unsatisfied customer. Everyone knows that. His name is the gold standard in customer satisfaction. You should be very proud of him.

I chalk our experience to a “hey, stuff happens”. It's what happens after the fact; how you’re treated after; and how after everyone works their asses off to ensure the customer is 100% satisfied – that’s what’s important. Which everyone did in spades! We were treated great at all times! And were happy about that.

So in closing: Should we have 24 deficiencies? Absolutely not. At any point were we worried that things would not be made perfect? Again absolutely not. Would we recommend Barzotti and buy more cabinets? 100% absolutely yes, in a heart beat!

All the steps involved in creating this furniture: matching, sanding, assembly, finishing are very well done and the whole kitchen shows a high level of craftsmanship.

This evaluation is coming from a person passionate about furniture, with over 20 years experience going all the steps from apprenticeship to product management and graduating in the process of Advanced Wood Processing University. Being trained in Romania I can see and appreciate details which are a trademark of the “old school” in furniture making.

I do not know how to tell you how much I love my new cabinets. They are not all done yet but wow!!!!!! The compliments from everyone that has seen them even without the crown moulding in pure jealously. The women love them and the men hate us because the women love them.

I just wanted you to know you did a fantasia job in designing and I love them. Thank Dave for me also for taking us out of cladding the wall instead of taking it out. I will send you pictures when it is all done.

A little slow in the delivery – but after 13 houses I have come to expect a bit of that (we used another but once because of builder control) – BUT – and it’s a big BUT – the craftsmanship is wonderful and we are – as we have always been – delighted with the finished product.

Your workers have continues to pursue the excellent started from back when Vince was doing the work himself in that little shop on Elizabeth street east of Stevenson.

My dad who at the time was secretary of the Guelph Homebuilders Assn encouraged me to use this young Italian starting a new business in the city. He was impressed back then at the quality coming out of the side door of a tiny hop. It continues today.

My first kitchen/bathroom order was back in 1969 in a home built by the Irish renegade- a Tim Kennelly home- then on to 1971-1976-1979-1984-and on and on-

You and your colleagues have exceeded our expectations with the feature wall unit. It has been such a delight to work with you. The detailed design was critical for the other tradesmen (electrician, TV technician) to know what they needed to do. I was so happy that you were able to advance the schedule installation date. Your carpenters produced a museum quality piece of furniture. Please extent a special thank you. Their craftsmanship put it all together beautiful.

Late last year October 2017 I broke a kitchen drawer Barzotti's had installed for us a few years ago. I approached their Office Manager Linda and advised I would like to have it by Christmas and what would the cost be? I delivered it to them approx. early Nov I think and the cost would be $50. But a few times they emphatically advised it would not be likely to expect it until March/April 2018, which was not best, but still would be addressed. They were so swamped with great new business they were behind. Approx a week or so after they advised the drawer had been re-assembled and ready for pick-up! And Linda advised there would be no cost to us-the cost was waived voluntarily by Barzotti's! Two early Christmas presents from Barzotti's to our family- we are so grateful, impressed and touched by their awesome service and care for the customer. If you are fortunate enough to be serviced by them, you are truly blessed by their corporate image-it isn't just words, it is bona fide! You are not a number, you are family.

We needed a new vanity for our basement washroom. Sales people in show room were very polite and helpful. Quickly drew up what we needed and provided and excellent quote. Product was built in time and installation was very quick and well done. They even cutout the hole for the sink, even though I said we were find to do it ourselves. Cleaned up afterward. Very courteous. Would recommend them to others.

Bought a small kitchen this summer and was very happy with showroom and the professionalism in choices available . On time delivery . This family owned business has been around forever and is continually expanding . The salesperson had been with the company for a long time and was knowledgeable- price was better and their insight on the trade of cabinets, kitchens, woodworking was evident. The install team lead was a 30 year experienced craftsman . You can't go wrong with experienced , professional people . It was a simple no brainer decision to go with Barzotti . I read allot of reviews on here that had some negative feedback, sometimes problems should be solved in a professional manner and not a quick keyboard net response - it makes me wonder if that customer may have been the problem and not the company. With the history of many many years in the business im sure they have had to improve and learn from mistakes to strive for quality - just like our everyday lives as we mature and learn from our mistakes . In the end they produced a stunning kitchen and vanity that is very well made - laid out with experience - installed well and they were cheaper by $ 5000.00 than a competitor - and included countertop . All in my small project for a cottage on Belwood Lake Fergus was only $ 12000. And it looks like a lot more dough was spent . Sooo - with their help and vision I got a lot of value . Yes my project was small and they are BIG , not just in size of plants and company floor space or showroom but VALUE !!

We are absolutely in love with our kitchen! We did a custom Benjamin Moore grey and couldn't be happier! The dovetailed drawers are absolutely beautiful and will last a lifetime. We get compliments from everyone who comes to our home. I have to say Monica the service coordinator truly cares about customers. We had a small hiccup with the cabinets and Monica went over and above to make sure everything was taken care of and that we were happy. I also have to say Vince the owner truly cares about his customers and ensuring they are 100% happy. Barzotti has grown, but it still has a family business caring feel!
