ONE YEAR WARRANTY
Barzotti Woodworking Ltd. warrants to the original purchaser that all cabinets manufactured will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a one year period from the original date of installation. Barzotti Woodworking Ltd. will repair or replace any defective part at no cost to the customer.
CLAIM PROCEDURE
To make a claim under this warranty, the purchaser must notify Barzotti Woodworking Ltd. of the defect in writing. A proof of purchase must accompany the warranty request. Barzotti Woodworking Ltd. will respond to the request and set up a service call if damage is considered a warranty item.
LIMITATIONS
This warranty shall not apply to:
( A ) Any damage caused by negligence or abuse not viewed or considered normal everyday use.
( B ) Any defects to the surface caused by normal wear and tear or colour change and fading caused by time.
( C ) Any work, repairs, or damage by any individual other then Barzotti Woodworking Ltd.
COUNTERTOPS
Countertops are warranteed from manufacturer defects for a period of one year.
Any countertops installed with scratches, chips or other damage must be reported within 48 hours and before other trades begin work. After this period, these items are not considered a warranty issue. Barzotti Woodworking Ltd. uses a catalized glue at countertop joints, helping to prevent moisture penetration. If moisture penetration does occur, causing the countertop to swell, Barzotti Woodworking Ltd. reserves the right to determine the extent of warranty coverage. Barzotti Woodworking Ltd. will not be held responsible for costs incurred due to damage or faulty workmanship other then that which may be caused by Barzotti Woodworking Ltd. staff.
At Barzotti Woodworking Ltd., our goal is to provide a quality product that combines excellent workmanship with exceptional value.
FINISHES
Be aware that due to the natural tendencies of wood and veneer to expand and contract, cracking or blemishing may occur to the finish after the installation of painted kitchens.
Also be aware that since no two trees are alike, variation in wood grain is likely. As cabinetry ages, the finish colour (stain or paint) may change from its original tone.
